another four-year wait. He was
born in La Jolla, California on
this leap year day, 1968.
His second birthday was spent
in Glencoe, Illinois. Alex is the

layman was getting

As an usher, toward another,
purposely nodded his head
And the congregation quickly
understood their aim!
As the ushers led the old man
back to the door
The old-timer was still mumbling
and weeping
And while one usher said, “we
can’t have this anymore”,
The congregation continued
squirming and peeping.
“I was praising the Lord; I didn’t
mean any harm...
I have salvation”, he said,
brushing a tear.
Said the other usher, hatefully
twisting his arm,
“May be so, but you didn’t get it
in here!”
