gum stump at the forks of South
and Middle Skywicker Creeks on
Ballenger’s line; thence with said
Middle Skywicker Creek, North
16 degrees 25’ East 260 feet, North
14 degrees 25’ West 240 feet,
North 0 degrees 45’ 169.5 feet;
thence leaving the creek, South 70
degrees 45’ East 32 feet to a stake
replacing the locust called for in
the old deed; thence North 10
degrees West 81 feet to a stake on
the bank of said creek; thence
North 72 degrees East 277 feet to
a stake; thence South 36 degrees
East 90 feet to a stake, northwest
corner of Mill lot; thence with the
lines of said lot, South 20 degrees
West 175 feet; South 61 degrees
East 310 feet; North 20 degrees
East 175 feet, North 61 degrees 30’
west 310 feet to said northwestern
corner; thence with the calls in
the old deed, South 84 degrees 40’
East 566 feet to the northwest
