Hospital Auxiliary
Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of St
Luke’s Hospital Auxiliary will be
held October 8 at the Railroad
House, Hwy. 176 near Saluda,
beginning with a buffet luncheon
at 12:30 p.m. Miss Bertha
Blomfield-Brown. a member of
the hospital’s board of trustees
and a former president of the
Auxiliary, will speak on the
changing role of the hospital in
health care. Tickets may be
obtained at the Thrift Shop on
Trade Street, the Volunteer office
at the hospital, or from Mrs.
Henry Prass who is in charge of
arrangements.
According to Dorothy Beaver,
president of the auxiliary, all
former presidents are invited to
sit at the Speaker's table All
members of the community are
invited to attend to express
support for the hospital and the
work of the Auxiliary, and to
learn more about how the
hospital functions.
Mr and Mrs Franklin Yellig
and Mrs. Clifford Kalb will be at
the Membership Table to receive
dues for the 1980-81 auxiliary
year for both new members and
renewals
