Court Results The Polk County District Court was held Oct. 1st with judge Loto Greenlee presiding. The results were as follows: Kenneth Ray Adams — speeding 68 in 55 mile zone — paid prior to court. Mary Margaret Agee — speeding 70 in 55 mile zone — called and failed to appear. Evelyn H. Anderson — speeding 70 in 55 mile zone — called and failed to appear. Maynard D. Baker, Jr. — speeding 65 in 55 mile zone — paid prior to court. Dennis Carl Bane — speeding 65 in 55 mile zone — prayer for judgment continued, pay cost.
