DEPARTMENTOF NATURAL RESOURCES AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC NOTICE EXTENSION TO NOVEMBER 21. 1980 OF PERIOD FOR COMMENTS ON PROPOSED MANAGEMENT ALTERNA TIVES FOR A SEGMENT OF THE GREEN RIVER BETWEEN LAKE SUMMIT (HENDERSON COUNTY) AND LAKE ADGER (POLK COUNTY). Notice is hereby given that the North Carolina Department of Natural Resources and Community Development, on behalf of the Secretary of the Department, has extended until and including November 21, 1980 the period within which information. views and comments concerning the lour management alternatives proposed by the Green River Local Advisory Committee may be submitted in w riting. These four alternatives are: 1 No action 2. Establish a corporation of landowners along the river to produce a management plan and develop and operate appropriate facilities. 3. Enter into a cooperative agreement between Duke Power company, local landowners, appropriate counties and the State ol North Carolnia. 4.
