Court Results The Polk County District Court was held Oct. 29th with the Hon. Judge Loto Greenlee presiding. The results were as follows: Wm. Frederick Austin, Jr. — called and failed to appear on charge of driving 70 in 55 mile zone — prayer for judgment continued for the called and failed charge. Milton Boyd — communicating threats — continued to Nov. 19th. Charles Kimuel Davis, Jr. — trespass — 30 days, suspended one year, pay $50 fine and costs, not go on premises of Mr. Byars nor his place of employment named Buffey without written permission of Mr. Byars. Charles F. Fears — Driving with license revoked: reckless driving — continued to Nov. 19th. Charles Alan Gary — intoxicated and disruptive — 30 days, suspended 6 months, pay cost and $50 fine. Ronnie Gary — trespass — continued to Nov. 19th. Ronnie Gary — communicating threats — continued to Nov. 19th. David Holm — trespass—not less than 60 days nor more than 90 days, suspended for 2 years, pay $50 fine and cost of court, not molest or harrass prosecuting witness or go on her premises without written permission.
