Football
Tonight
Tryon at Polk Central
Throw the records away, they
don’t mean anything. When the
Tryon Tigers and the Polk
Central Patriots battle for the
championship of Polk County, no
one thinks of who has the best
record. The Tigers have had a
rough season and are 8-9. Polk
Central has been excellent and
awful, depending on the week.
They are 2-6-1. Going by the
record the Patriots have to be the
favorites, but don’t bet on it.
Kickoff at Polk Central at 7:30
p.m.
