Tryon Daily Bulletin, Wed., Nov. 19, 19H0 Highway I-26 Dedication Interstate 26 throughout South Carolina will be officially dedicated as the James F. Byrnes Memorial Freeway at ceremonies, at opposite ends of the state during the morning and afternoon of Nov. 25.
