improve efficiency and
productivity in our Department

"This will give local people the
chance to examine and review
the work of the Department of
Transportation on the roads
where they live.
"Local residents will be able to
go to their county’s Efficiency
Council when they have
complaints about a maintenance
crew wasting time, or not doing a
thorough job, or whatever it may
be,” Hunt said.
