Howard St. The Mayor’s Task Force is sponsoring a Fall Clean-Up Campaign of the East Howard St. area this Saturday, Oct. 24, beginning at 10 a.m. Streets to be included in this general litter pick-up are Cleveland Rd., Markham Rd., Beech St., Aspen St., Spruce St., Tuckaway Lane, Jackson St., Shepherd St., Lyle St., Peake St., and East Howard St. All residents of these streets who are willing to participate in this project are asked to meet at the Garrison Chapel Baptist Church at the aforenamed date and time.
