Killough of Landrum are parents of a daughter, Kari Loraine, born November 29th at Pardee Hospital in Hendersonville. She has a brother, Joe, 12 years old and a sister, Wendy, 10 years old. Dean Campbell Is Rotary Speaker The Tryon Rotary Club will meet at 12:30 p.m. on Monday at the Hearthstone Inn. Dean Campbell, well known and widely acclaimed theatrical personaility, will be the guest speaker. Mr. Campbell, a native of Gowensville, S. C., is a graduate of Furman University and holds a degree of Professional in Advertising from UCLA. After many years in advertising and publishing activities in New York and California, he presently lives in Greer, S. C., where he owns the Country/Western Real Estate Firm. He is Secretary of Span- American, Inc. of Greenville, S. C. Since his return to the Carolinas, Mr. Campbell has been a contributor of articles and photographs on the history of the upper Greenville County area to “The Sandlapper”, “Living in South Carolina”, and “South Carolina Margazine.” Active in the Tryon Little Theater, both as actor and director, he makes on stage guest appearances in Greenville, Anderson, and Flat Rock. His latest accomplishment was as director of “The Belle of Amherst.” Tryon School Bd. Meets Monday The Tryon School Board will meet Monday at 7:30 p.m. at the high school.
