Ms. Marshall received a cut lower lip and had her teeth loosened. Officer Shields said that Ms. Marshall had driven up here so that she could appear in court Wed. to pay a speeding ticket she had received earlier. She was charged with DUI. Ms. Marshall was taken to St. Luke s Hospital where she was treate and released.
