February 1st, Simon Thompson
will present his “Winter Into
Spring" program.
A Research Naturalist. Mr.
Thompson is the well-known
FENCE volunteer who conducts
the popular weekly bird walks at
FENCE and plans the current
FENCE venture programs He
also teaches classes at Polk
County Isothermal Community
College Mr Thompson came to
Tryon from Suffolk. England His
slide presentation gives a fresh
insight into the enjoyment of our
local flora and fauna
