Robert Little sent in a message
recently to thank all the people
who sent letters and packages to
his son, Eric, who is stationed in
Saudi Arabia, only 30 miles from
the border with Kuwait.
“He told us to thank all, and to
say, ‘Keep it coming,’ " Little
wrote. “And we, the Little family
would like to say to all, thank
you, you’re great!”
Little also submitted the
following message of support:
To the Troops across the sea.
Need to know from you and me,
That we support them all the
time.
With mail and packages from
friends so kind,
0, God, keep them safe, I pray,
With your angels around them
both night and day,
Now if we all send a message of
cheer,
And pray to God that the end
may be near,
To send all home safe, the loved
ones so dear.

Saluda.
Polk County Chief Deputy

Kaminsky, 43, of Englewood,
Florida. He is reported to have a
wife and small child.
Atkins said Kaminsky was on
his way to Asheville to look at a
plane he was considering buying
when his plane went down. He
was flying a 1962 Cessna Model
182-E, a fixed wing, single engine
plane.
Although he was headed north
to Asheville, Kaminsky's plane
entered the wooded area headed
south. A wing was still lodged
high up in a pine tree and parts of
the plane were scattered through
the woods to the crash site. The
plane landed upside down, and
