Any and all person interested
in bicycle riding for pleasure in
a group. All riders will be
placed into one of 3 following
categories:
Catagory 1 will be beginner
riders with a ride distance of 5
to 7 miles with an average rid
ing speed of 8 to 10 mph.
Catagory 2 will be intermedi
ate riders with a ride distance of
10 plus miles at an average
speed of 12 - 15 mph.
Category 3 will be advance
riders with a ride distance of 30
plus miles at an average speed
of 20 plus mph.

.Two Chosen For leadership Camp
Rotary District 767 Leadership Camp is now in it's 26th year of
offering high school students throughout the district the opportu
nity to expand their leadership skills. The camp at Brevard this
year is scheduled for June 16-21.

Owens (right) both sophomores at Tryon High School who will
represent their school at this year's camp.
Miss McConnell is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George McCon
nell of Tryon. Miss Owens' parents are Mr. and Mrs. Scott
Owens, also of Tryon.
Both girls are members of the Inter-Act Club and the Beta Club
and are on the soccer team.
