When people talk about signs,
sometimes the argument gets
around to one of supporting
local business.

have to be raised at all. We all
need to be shopping at home
first.
If your looking for anything,
look in the Thermal Belt area.
Local merchants count on local
support first and foremost. If
they don't get it, business suf
fers, downtowns suffer and
everyone suffers.
Support your local merchants.

Dear Jeff:
The Smith-Kennedy trial
reminds us of the famous case
in the 20's when the state of
Florida reversed its laws twice
in one year. In the Florida case
the legislature allowed him to
take over his wife's estate and
she was committed to an insti
tution.
