The play takes the (Continued On Back Page) FRHC To Complete Block House Fence The Tryon Riding and Hunt Club is planning to complete the perimeter fencing which encloses the David Sandlin Race Course at FENCE. Type of construction will be the same as the present fencing and the new addition will measure about 2130 linear feet. Builders interested in doing this job are invited to come to the large bam at the entrance to the race course between the hour of 12 noon and 1 p.m. on Monday, March 2. Chuck Ross, Co-Chairman of the Block House Races will be there to explain construction require ments. Thereafter, informal bids will be accepted at the Tryon Riding & Hunt Club office 859-6109 with a deadline of 12 noon on Friday, March 6. Bids must include a reason able guarantee that the job will be completed prior to April 18, the race day for the 46th Run ning of the Block House Stee plechase. Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper The Cliurch School Children of The Church of Transfigura tion in Saluda will sponsor a Pancake Supper on Tues., Mar. 3, at 5:30 p.m. in the Parish House. Watch for clinic location signs. The clinic will be held on Sat., April 25. Rabies is a deadly disease that dogs and cats can contract through the bite of other rabid animals such as raccoons, fox, squirrels, bats and cats and dogs.
