105-369 of the North Carolina General Statutes of the
Town of Tryon hereby advertises past due taxes tor the
year 1991. The amount advertised will be increased by
interest and costs, and the omission of interest and costs
from the amount advertised will not constitute a waiver of
the Town’s claim for these items. It these taxes remain
unpaid after this advertisement is completed, the Town ot
Tryon will begin collection procedure set out by Section
800 and 900 for the North Carolina General Statutes.
