Nikki Hulst, who made her
TLT debut in Fiddler on the
Roof, playing the role of Rivka,
one of the villagers, has the role
of Micp in The Diary of Anne
Frank, the play that Tryon
Little Theater is presenting at
Tryon Fine Arts Center Apr. 30.
May 1, 2, and 3.
Micp is a courageous Gentile
resident of Amsterdam, who at
the peril of her own life,
smuggles food and other nece
ssities into the tiny attic where
eight Jewish people are hiding
out from the Nazis who are
occupying the city during
World War II.
Nikki, a high school sopho
more, has also appeared in two
Tryon Youth Center produc
tions: Gypsy, and Peter Pan.
Active in extra-curricular
activities, she is involved in the
school Interact Club and won
the Girl Scout Silver Award, as
well as the Presidential Fitness
Award. She enjoys swimming,
tennis, hiking, water skiing,
snow skiing, and soccer.
