' --Office and clerical helpincludes bookkeepers, messengers, clerk-typists, stenographers and payroll clerks. --Skilled craftsmen-mechanics and repairmen, electricians, heavy equipment operators and carpenters. -Service and maintenance men?truck drivers, garage laborers, custodial personnel, gardners, ground keepers, refuse collectors and construction laborers. Of the total 1,687 city filled > ?positions at the end uf 1975,? 552 of those were filled by blacks. That figure is about 32.7 per cent of the black population in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County.
