General Construction Plumbing Heating and Air Condi tioning Electrical Complete drawings, specifications, and con tract documents will be available for inspection at the address below; City-County Purchasing Department 120 West Third Street Winston-Salem, North Carolina The project consists of construction of a one story clubhouse with a full basement for cart storage. There Is approximately 4,300 square feet per level. The basement walls are reinforced concrete masonry with face brick at exposed locations. There will be a S" concrete basement slab on grade. The main floor will be a 3" to 5" concrete slab on metal decking on metal bar joists. The exterior , walls will be a 10" cavity wall of A" face brick and A" CMU. Wood frame, double glazed combina tion window units with screens at the awning section are used as shown on the drawings. The roof structure will be a combination of wood gang nail trusses with plywood sheating and exposed bolted wood trusses and wood deck. The entire roof area will be covered with cedar shakes. Inter ior partitions will be wood frame with gypsum wail board covering. Carpet and hard tile will be applied to the concrete deck. There will be acoustical tile ceiling with fluorescent and incandes cent lighting. An e|ectrlc, heat pump will provide heating and cooling. A snack bar will be included consisting of food service equipment. Paved drive ways and limited parking areas along with curba nd gutter shall be included There will be demolition of existing structures after completion of the new building all as indicated on the drawings. Bids must be on the standard form provided by the Owner and must be marked to identify the type of prime contract noted herein before. A complete set of documents may be ob tained, by those qualified and who will make a bid, upon placing a deposit of $Ten Si No/100 Dollars ($10.00). The full deposit will be returned to those submitting bona fide proposals, provided the plans and specifications are returned to the proper authority in good condi tion and within five days after the date set for receiving bids.
