Let us have faith, Naomi C. McLean therefore, in ourselves and in our possibilities. One of the purposes for worshiping each Sunday ai cb.urch or any religious service, is the further development of our faith. Worshiping is a medium lifting up one's spirits, and the spiritual tone strengthens faith. We shall all feel better and be better, in these days of tension, as we develop a deeper faith, realizing nothing lakes the place of faith. It enablev you to rise above seemingly defeat; it keeps you and me going in the face of what oc curs and seems to be insuperable difficulties. There are sc many claims and counterclaims, so many demands, sc many isms that it takes real character, real faith anc strengthening power to maintain morale-to KEEP ON KEEPING ON in the face of the difficulties that surround us on all sides. The important thing is to remember there's a future ahead, it will become unlimited if faith is lost and we listen to people on the negative side. People who spent their time at the unpainted wall lack the character anc faith to face problems of today. If history would be . reviewed, it would be remembered in every age there have been problems, but we still carry on! Circumstance? change. We achieve worthwhile goals by setting up high ideal? for ourselves and by putting those ideals into action. Out future will be-determined by-the way^we thinkspilan anc work. To keep on, we must have strengthening faith. From work and play one lesson you can get: Keep on your course to reach the goal you've set.
