FEBRUARY 5 The East Winston Branch Library will sponsor a single parent's tax seminar at 7 p.m. in the library auditorium. The seminar is designed to help single parents understand the new tax laws and to discuss the preparation of the 1982 Income Tax Return. Erlene Lockett, tax specialist from H & R Block Inc., the world's largest tax return firm, will conduct the seminar. Call 727-2202 for further information. MONDAY, FEBRUARY 7 The Forsyth County Public Library Children's t Outreach Program will sponsor Chldren's Mini-Library 7y Film Programs during the mouth of February on Monet days at Happy Hill Community Center at 3:30 p.m.; Tuesdays at King Recreation Center at 3:30 p.m. and Wednesdays at Sprague Recreation Center at 3 p.m. This week's featured films include "Black History: Lost, Stolen or Strayed" and "Qishop Turner: Black Nationalist."
