cheese, softened
1 package (1 pound) sifted sugar confectioners'
Vi teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in sugar
and vanilla. If necessary, thin with milk. Makes enough
frosting for two 8- or 9-inch layers.
