1 graham cracker ready-crust
1 20 oz. can pineapple in natural
juice
1 large can (26-29 oz.) apricot
~ halves (cut into quarters)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
XA cut sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar I
Vi teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter

Drain juice from pineapple into
measuring cup. Drain juice from
apricots to make a total of 1 cup
liauid. Add water if herec?nrv tn
_make 1 cup liquid. Mix_ with
sugar and cornstarch in a small
pan and cook over low heat until
it comes to a boil. Stir in nutmeg
and butter.'
Pour mixture over fruit and
blend. Pour into pie crust and
bake at _425??for JO minutes"
Serve hot or cold. Sprinkle with
cinnamon or nutmeg.
