The theme of the family conclave was ^"Relish the Moment", "This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it." As most reunions are based around ideas or some point, the Cain family decided to have their reunion on the birthday of the late William H. Cain Sr. who resided in Winston-Salem. Mel Jackson Income Tax Service has announced plans to offer a seminar entitled "Tax Reform and the New W-4" on Saturday, Aug. 15 from 10 a.m.-5 * p.m. The seminar will focus on major aspects of the Tax Reform Act of 1986 and the impact these changes will have on taxpayers this year and in-the near future. -Additionally-, ihere will beasicpJby step demonstration on how to complete the new W-4, which all working Americans must do by October 1 of this year. Those in attendance will receive handouts during the seminar to assist them in understanding the complex new regulations.
