Defensively, no one individu

according to coach Gus Makas.
That unit, Makas said, played a
complete game from start to fin

McCullough scored two touch

Hamlet was never able to
slow the Hounds offense once
they got rolling. That was because
the champs got solid play from
three sets of offensive linemen.

The regional champs blew the
game open by scoring 27 unan
swered points in the second half.
Dino Reynolds fired a 35
yard touchdown pass to Thomas
Norwood'to start the scoring for
the Vikings. Reynolds threw a
pass to Michael Gist for the PAT
to give the Vikings a 7-0 lead.
Running back Jamaine Biddle
also made significant contribu

40 yards.
Bobby Little made it presence
felt on both sides of the football.
He scored one TD on a 35-yard
interception. His second touch
down came on a 20-yard run off
of a counter trap play up the mid

on a three-yard run. Carl Potter
also kicked an extra point.
Had it not been for a couple
of penalties, the Vikes would have
scored more points. They had two
TDs called back because of ref *s
flags.
Even so, the offensive line,
which includes Nino Robinson,
Chris Hendrix, James Moore,
Denard Campbell, Norwood, Gist
and Potter, maintained control of
the trenches.
On defense, the Vikes never
let Garner do very much, demon
strating why they've allowed only
28 points over two full seasons of
play. David Throns, Ricardo
Thomas, Noel and Campbell
