PIC: Winston-Salem Transit Authonty Management Project
1 . Notice is hereby given that public comments will be received
by the Winston-Salem Transit Authority on the Mobility Manage
ment Project until December 1. 1992 at 5 p.m. at 1060 N. Trade
Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27102. The project implementation
stages will last until September 1 996. The total expected budget
is $700,000 and will be funded through the US Department of
Transportation, the NC Department ot Transportation and the
City of Winston- Salem.
2. The goal of the project is to use advanced technologies to
improve public transportation service, vehicle transportation
options in the community. Interested persons or agencies can
comment on the social, economic and environmental aspects of
the project in writing. Recommendations with respect to the pro
ject are welcome.
3. Unless otherwise announced, the project will proceed.
