Samuels Goodwill To Install Church Officers Installation services for the church officers of 1993 will be held Sunday at Goodwill Baptist Church. The service will begin at 4 p.m. The speaker will be the Rev. Anthony Hines. pastor of New Institutional Bap tist Church. The theme for the service is "A Leader For A Time Such As This." Hines is a graduate of the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools and attended Winston-Salem Bible College. He is married to the former Gale Smith. They have two children. Tonie and Algie. These scholarships will be given to economically deprived stu dents who demonstrate a determina The "Ministers Conference is not looking for star athletes or straight "A" students from the middle class, but the group is seeking to assist a young person toward lifting himself and his family and community from poverty to stability. The Martin Luther King Memorial Seed Scholarship will be awarded during the freshman year of colleee on a S500 Der semester the Ministers Conference. The Ministers Conference has led the coordination of the celebra tion of the national holiday of Dr. King's birtffday in Winston-Salem for the last eight years.
