ment center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina The center is AA licensed and
nationally accredited, enrolling 270 children from infancy through preschool.
Each candidate must have an MA degree in Earh Childhood Education,
plus 5 years' experience as a child care director. Proven expertise in program
development, staff supervision and NAEYC accreditation required. Experience
in managing hospital-sponsored child care preferred.

We seek a self-directed, motivated individual to manage inpatient statistical/
research computerized database. Must have ability to deal with deadlines and
demands set by external parties; to manage multiple projects concomitantly. Ensuring
accuracy is of utmost importance in responsibilities which indude establishing
policies and procedures to protect and improve data integrity and content of abstracts
and key reports; and interacting with requesters to clarify their needs. Assume
supervisor on-call duties as scheduled.
An applicant must be an RRA or ART with demonstrated knowledge of Medical
Rernrri statistical and research application through experience; be proficient in ICQ
9 -CM and CPT; have statistical/calculator and PC skills; be personally committed to
continuing education in new technology. Microcomputing course work preferred.
