The Associate Director for Program Administration works with the Asso
ciate Dean for Academic Affairs and other statt to ensure tull complements
of students within the School's part-time program* and effective delivery of
educational services within all of the School s degree programs. Major
responsibilities include managing the MBA Partners Program, planning
orientation activities, administering advertising and promotion activities,
and developing and executing an effective \ield management program for
inquiries from prospective students.
This position entails both significant public contact and limited travel and
requires a Master s degree in business, counseling, or student personnel or
equivalent relevant work experience; work history that includes account
ability for targeted results; and facility with microcomputing, especially
word processing, spreadsheet, database, and project management software.
