Teens Bring Joy To Nursing Home Over Holidays The Winston-Salem Chapter ot Top Teens ot America brought an abun dance ot joy the residents ot K n o 11 w o o d Hall Nursing Home on S hat talon drive during the holidays. Working merrily together, the teens assem bled and decorated Christ mas trees to help get every one into the Christmas spirit. Before the evening was over. Christmas carols filled the room as the teens and some of the residents greeted each other. It was an evening that was filled with Christmas joy as both the residents and teens enjoyed the evening's activities. Trimming Christmas trees at a local nursing home is a tradition that the Top Teens engage in each year. Top Teens of America is one ot four thrusts of Top Ladies of Distinction, Incor ported, a national, profes sional and humanitarian organization.
