Qualified Single-Prime General Contractors may obtain a maximum of two copies of the Bidding Documents, beginning April 1, 2002, from Stimmel Associates, P.A., 305 West Fourth St., Suite 1-A, Winston-Salem, N.C., upon a deposit of $100.00 per set of documents. The full deposit will be returned to Bidders upon return of Bidding Documents in good, usable, unmarked condition within 10 days after the date set for receipt of Bids. After 10 days the Bidder's deposit will be forfeited. Additional copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Engineer upon payment of $2.50 per printed sheet for drawings and $0.25 per printed page of the Project Manual (Specifications).
