Fraternity holds memorial service f ; SPECIAL TO THE CHRONin F Psi Phi Chapter of Omega Psi ; Phi Fraternity Inc. carried out its ? annual Memorial Service on I March 13 during its regularly * scheduled meeting. I Memorial Day is one of the fraternity's nationally mandated programs and March 12 of each year has been designated as Memorial Day. However, the national fraternity has given some leeway to that date by advising all chapters that during the month of March, each will conduct an appropriate service in memory of those brothers who are deceased.
