Woman of the Year
Nigel Alston of GMAC Insurance presents Dr. Sylvia Flack
with her award for Woman of the Year. Flack heads the health
Sciences division at Winston-Salem State University. She has
made the division a success at every turn and has developed sev
eral clinics in public housing communities.
Man of the Year
Dr. J.C. Hush accepts his Man oft he Year Awejrdfrom Richard
Shore of Wachovia Bank. Hash is the head pastor at St. Peter 's
World Outreach Center. The church has thousands of members
and dozens of outreach ministries.
