This Complaint and Notice of hearing is drawn
and given under the provisions of the Housing
Code of the .City of Winston-Salem. It appears
to the undersigned, who is the public officer
under the Housing Code, from his investigation
of the premises, that the house located at 1 126 E
24th St which is situated on the following
described property in the City of Winston
Salem. County of Forsyth, State of North
Carolina, the property being known as Block
0326 Lot(s) 070 unfit for human habitation
under the standards-of-fitness prescribed in the
Housing Code of the City of Winston-Salem.
The undersigned complaining of the aforesaid
property and all persons owning or having any
interest therein, charges that said housing fails
to comply with the standards-of-fitness pre
scribed in the Housing Code of the City of
Winston-Salem in the respects shown on
Exhibit A on file in the Housing Division
Office, and. by reason of the deficiencies listed
on said Exhibit A, is unfit for human habitation.
You are hereby notified that a bearing will be
held before the undersigned or his designated
agent in City Hall South. 100 E. 1st Street,
Winston-Salem. North Carolina, at 1:30 pm on
the 26th day of June. 2008, when and whiqe all
parties owning or having a interest in the afore
said property may show cause, if any they have,
why an ORDER should not be entered finding
said housing to be unfit for human habitation
and directing that it be repaired or demolished,
as determined by the undersigned, acting in
accordance with the provisions of the^Housing
Code of the City of Winston-Salem.
You are further notified that the owner of the
aforesaid property and all parties in interest
have a right to file an answer to this Complaint
in the Office of the undersigned at any time
prior to, or at the time set for. the hearing of this
matter, and, also, to appear in person, or other
wise, and give testimony at the time and place
above fixed.

The Northwest Piedmont Workforce

an on-call driver for a mobile Career Center.
Driver will be contracted for one year with
annual option. Must have flexible schedule
since travel may be overnight and on any day of
the week. Duties include driving unit to sched
uled stops, set-up, upkeep and scheduled main
