"wfcich places emphasis on learning how to respect God's house; respect one's self; and how to accept responsibility from parents. The young people were also taught the importance of controlling what they say; praying daily, elimi nating self-pity, overcom ing fear, and learning basic social graces. The new 'LiL Disciples' are Nicole Taylor and Kai Jeffries. They join estab lished members: Darion Damon, Jalaya Massey, Keith Watson. Church holds spirit-filled Summit SPECIAL TO THE CHRONICLE Holy Trinity l-ull Gospel Baptist Church recently hosted a three-day Kingdom Building Summit. It revolved around the concept of "Becoming Steadfast in the Lord While His Glor\ is Being Manifested in our Lives" and featured nightly topics that pon dered the idea Summit topics included "God's Requirement for Fruitful Liung" nnd "Security from Yesterday for Tomorrow and Today." c ' Holy Trinity Pastor Richard Miller and Co-Pastor Ernsrine Miller encouraged"" Summit attendees to make God the top prior ity in their lives and to earnestly seek Him with a whole hearted passion and to obey His commands. Each attendee was also encouraged to not fear or be intimidated, and to know that everyone was given the victory by God through Jesus Christ The Summit ended on Sunday.
