The mechanical system is water source heat pumps on mechanical mezzanines piped from cooling towers. Site work includes concrete walks and pads, asphalt paving, curb & gutters, utility work and grassing. Also included is a pre-engineered metal storage building of approximately 2,000 square feet. Sanitary sewer will be provided by an onsite lift station being constructed under separate contract. The project is proposed to be funded with QSCB funds and is therefore subject to the Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates. The bidder is expected to have reviewed and made them selves familiar with the regulations, record keeping and reporting procedures in order to comply with applicable reg ulations. The successful contractor and all subcontractors per forming work on the project are required to establish daily jobsite records, compare and verify all employees working on the project are accounted for and included in the mandatory weekly certified payrolls.
