City Council of the City of Winston
Salem will hold a public hearing in
the Council Chamber at City Hall,

All parties in interest and citizens are
invited to attend said hearing at
which time they shall have an oppor
tunity to be heard in favor of or in op
position to the foregoing proposed
changes.
During the public hearing the City
Council may hear other proposals to
amend the zoning of the above-de
scribed property or any portion
thereof. At the end of the public
hearing, the City Council may con
tinue the matter, deny the proposed
rezoning. in whole or in part, grant
the proposed rezoning. in whole or in
part, or rezone the above-described
property or any portion thereof to
some other zoning classification.
Prior to the hearing, all persons inter
ested may obtain any additional in
formation on these proposals which is
in the possession of the City-County
Planning Board by inquiring in the
office of the City-County Planning
Board in the Bryce A. Stuart Munici
pal Building on weekdays between
