NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pur
suant to the requirements of Article
19 of Chapter 160A of the General
Statutes of North Carolina, that the
City Council of the City of Winston
Salem will hold a public hearing in
the Council Chamber at City Hall,
Room 230. 101 N. Main Street. Win
ston-Salem. NC at 7:00 p.m. on April
7, 2014 on the following proposed
amendments to the Official Zoning
Map of the City of Winston-Salem,
North Carolina:
1. Proposal by the Planning and
Development Services staff to amend
Chapter A (Definitions) and Chapter
B 2-5 (Use Conditions) to define and
add specific conditions for the use
Solar Farms within the use conditions
for Utilities - UDO-248.
All parties in interest and citizens are

Statewide Primary will be held

The purpose of this primary election
will be to nominate Republican
candidates for the following offices:
