(BAA) presents the North Carolina Black Film Festival (NCBFF), today through Sunday, March 26-29, in Wilmington. In its 14th year, the four day juried and invitational festival of independent motion pictures by African-American filmmakers will showcase features, shorts, animation, and documentary films at the Cameron Art Museum, the University of N.C. at Wilmington, and the Hannah Block USO Community Arts Center.
