Contribute to the African-American Heritage initiative We're looking for photos, documents, written recollections, oral histories and other items of historical interest that can be submitted electronically. The African-American Heritage Initiative is working to incorporate African-American contributions into the permanent history of the City of Winston-Salem. 2a Join an AAHI Collection Team! Team members reach out to folks they know and guide them through the process of submitting photos, stories, documents and interviews to the initiative's online archive. YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ERAP) • Open to all renters in Forsyth County with a household income 80 percent or less of area median income. See chart below. • Provides assistance paying rent and bills for utilities, including electricity, water & sewer, natural gas, propane, garbage (county residents) and internet. 1a Submit items using our online submission portal at CityofWS.org/AAHI. WINSTON-SALEM URBAN FOOD POUCY COUNCIL - Registering does not automatically give the department access to cameras. • Detectives will be able to identify registered cameras in the area of an incident and remotely request video. • Video owners can electronically send video evidence directly to investigators. • Police will not share your information with anyone else.
