The above figures indicate an increase in cotton in sight last night of 395,781 bales as compared with the same date of 1882; an increase of 59,956 bales as compared with the corresponding date Of 1881, and an increase of 485,160 bales as compared witn 1S86. San Francisco, Sept. 3. The Corean embassy will leave here for Washington on the 7th inst.
