Logan says he was raised in Wythe county Va., and; was verjr recently employed! by a man near Hillsville. He appears to be about 36 years old, is about 6 -feef high, slender built, and .waits' with a sluggish swing. - His hair is sandy colored long and heavyj his beard is short. He has heavy jaws, and on the right side of his jeclrj there is a scar, near the jugular vein, wttht'a knife.
