A fe male negro, thirteen months old, which has four arms and four legs, is now in the care of Harry Far mer, of No. 821 Walnut street. and is attracting much attention The child moves its natural arms and legs as well as any child of its age, crawling about the floor and using its hands without con straint. The mother of the child, who is from Charleston, S. C.,,says that she has borne five children, the last alone being in any way peculiar. She says the infant has been healthy from its birth.
