PUBLIC j SALE OF LAND. 1 EL IN cbedienoo to a decree of the Court of Equity, made at Spring Term of the Superior Court for the County of Frauklin, A. D. 1851, in the cae of William O. Jeffreys and others. Petition for sale of laud for partition. Will be sold to the highest bidder, on a credit of twelve months at the Court House door in the Town of Louisburg, ou the second Mouday of June next, that being the 9th day of the month, a Tract of Land con taining two hiared and thirty-five acres, adjoining the rands of Nicholas B. Massenburg, Mrs. Debuam, Washington Branch, and others. The said tract is well watered, has a tolerably comfortable dwelling fcouse, mad suitable out houses, and is desirable as a Summer residence from its fiue location for health, good society, and within 1J miles of most excellent Male awt Female Schools.
