Death cf Llrs. Lewis.
LaetFriday morning, Feby. 8tb. 1901,
Mrs. R. G. Lewis, of Raleigh, who had
been here sometime on a visit to Mr
J. C. McCraw'B family, died suddenly
at Mr. E. C. Price's residence. Mrs
Lewis was a most estimable wonian.
Her remains were taken to Raleigh
for inteiment.

the March Term 1S00. in the case of J. W.
Perry against R. Y. H. Montgomery and
Tasker folk, administrator of M. A.. L. Mont

March 1901, (it being the first day of the
March term nineteen hundred and one of said

said Warren County, at 12 o'clock M., that
certain tract of hind situated in Warren Co.,

land, known as the M. A. L. Montgomery
