C., the following order was made: Whereas, under the provisions of an act of the 1961 General Assemb ly of North Carolina which act was passed finally on March 6, 1951, and was originally designated as Sen ate Bill 174, the Board of Com missioners were directed to order an election to be held on a Sat urday on or before April 14, 1951, to determine whether the city man, ager form or government shall be retained therein or whether the Town of Dunn shall operate after May 31, 1951, under the same char ter, applicable laws and forms of government which were in effect prior to the adoption of the pre sent city manager form of govern ment : Now therefore, be it ordered by the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Dunn, N.
