Reward. 10-26-3 t-c Scout Drive In Benson At End Kelly Joseph and Hiram Rose reported today that the recent : fund-raising drive for the Benson ' Meadow Boy Scout troops was • highly successful. The troops are l sponsored by the Benson-Meadow • Kiwanis Club. Kelly Joseph, Hiram 1 Rose and W. J. Barefoot are on the scout committee of the Kiwan is Club. The drive netted $622. Mr. Joseph told Chamber of Commerce Manager Mintz this j morning that the committee had 1 called on a total of 61 Individuals and not a single person had re fused to donate. The amount is the largest yet to be raised in any single drive. The funds will be used to support the scout program among Benson and Meadow Boy Scouts.
