Board of Commissioners of the
Town of Dunn, under authority
contained in .Chapter 160, Section
176, General Statutes, will hold a
public hearing at 7:30 P. M., on
Monday, November 19, 1951, at the
’Municipal Building, Dunn, N. C., to
determine whether or not the fol
lowing described lot should be
changed from its present restric
tion of a residential lot to a, re
striction of being used as a busi
ness lot:
Being all of Lot No. 39 shown
upon that map of Jackson Heights,
Dunn, N. C., made by W. J. Lam
bert, Registered Surveyor, and dat
ed September 1951, which lot of
land is owned by O. W. Godwin;
and which lot of land is that tri
angle area of land lying between
the old highway No. 22 and South
Elm Avenue as the Same is now

For Mrs. Morgan
Mrs. Lucille Morgan, 32, wife of
Edwin Morgan of Benson, Route 3
died in Dunn Hospital at 1:50 p.
m. Monday after a long illness. Fun
eral rites were conducted Wednes
day at 3 p. m. from Elevation
Churoh. The Rev. David Capps of
ficiated. assisted by the Rev. Char
-1 ley Johnson. Burial was in Rose
i lawn Cemetery.
Surviving are the husband; four
daughters, Cornelia Ann, Judy
tireecji. Patricia Darline apjj Jessie
Sue; two sons, Jerry Donald and
Edwin, Jr., all of the home; two
sisters, Christine Creech, Raleigh;
Mrs. Lottie Mae Jackson near San
ford.
